When ordering please provide the following information:
- Name of hospital
- Name of person placing order
- Type of product and number required
- Date the product is needed
- Any special requirements
- CMV negative, if applicable
- Irradiated, if applicable
- ABO/Rh
- Dating (e.g. date of transfusion or special dating for a neonate)
We offer multiple delivery options and Hospital Services personnel will work with ordering hospitals to determine the best delivery option for you. These include:
- Weekly delivery routes
- Distribution from emergency storage sites
- Commercial couriers — routine deliveries and special runs (special runs are generally at the hospital's expense)
